At the core of both vests is the RE ZRO® pad, a material that reacts as fast as you do. When force hits, the viscosity drops, the pad softens, and the energy gets absorbed. Then, instantly, it returns to its original form. No bulk. No stiffness. Just protection that disappears until the moment you need it.
The open-geometry design keeps it featherlight and ventilated, staying flexible in every temperature winter throws at you — frozen mornings, sun-soft afternoons, and everything in between. Made from a single-polymer TPE, the RE ZRO® pad combines these functional properties with a material that has also been tested for anaerobic biodegradation*.

The Fly R vests feel more like part of your base layer than a piece of protection. Snug spandex fabric hugs the body, breathable mesh zones keep air moving, and a secure waistband and a full-length front zip ensure the protector stays put when you drop in.

RE ZRO® BIODEGRADATION TEST RESULTS
In independent laboratory testing, the RE ZRO® TPE sample recorded 14.14% anaerobic biodegradation after 90 days under controlled high-solids anaerobic-digestion conditions using ASTM D5511-18 and ISO 15985:2014.
This result applies only to the tested TPE material, not the complete back protector. It does not establish compostability, biodegradation in landfill or other environments, or a timeframe for complete biodegradation.
