The Back Protector Vest Fly R delivers level 1 back protection to action sports athletes in a lightweight, flexible, fitted vest. It is equipped with a removable, full-back RE ZRO® pad, providing back protection in a washable vest. Made from snug-fitting spandex with breathable, moisture-wicking mesh on the shoulders and underarms, and reinforced seams for added durability, it offers all-day comfort. The vest is secured by a full-length front zip and a wide elasticated waistband for a secure, customizable fit. Designed to move with you, the vest is so light and flexible it’s easy to forget while riding.

The lightweight RE ZRO® TPE pad is engineered for impact protection, combining a low-profile design with flexibility that lets it move with you. Its open geometry allows airflow for comfort while riding. The RE ZRO® TPE material recorded 14.14% anaerobic biodegradation after 90 days in controlled laboratory testing (ASTM D5511-18; ISO 15985:2014). Tested material only. Not a compostability claim. Other environments not established.
