Bromley Dry Slope is an unlikely hatchery for an Olympic snowboarder but then Aimee Fuller is not your average Bromley girl. She took to motocross at the age of 5, learning to read lines and pop transitions, then picked up spatial awareness, acrobatics and the art of flight in gymnastics. While skiing at Bromley Dry Slope, which she began doing at the age of 5, she spotted a snowboarder pointing it and getting air off a roller and from that day on snowboarding was her thing. Age 12, her parents moved to Virginia, and with real snow under her P-Tex she progressed in leaps and bounds. For her 16th birthday she requested a stay at the incubator of all snowboard incubators, Mt. Hood where her instructor was none other than the legendary shredder Erin Comstock. At the end of her Hoodification Erin asked Aimee if she would like to join Roxy, and the rest is history. Highlights along the way include 2 Olympic campaigns, podium spots at the Dachstein Pleasure Jam, Nescafe Leysin Championships, Roxy Snow Pro and WST Spring battle. She was also the first woman to land a double in competition at the X Games. Today she still snowboards but can also be found burning around on a fixie or E foiling up the river Thames and TSG are stoked to deliver the protection she needs for all her adventures: “Safety is a priority for me to be comfortable pushing myself to new limits in the water and on snow,” says Aimee. “With TSG I know I can focus on what I love doing best as the protection is taken care of.”
