Mountains are calling

Winter Season Checklist

Ready to drop in?

Ready to drop in? Make sure your gear is, too. Here’s your ultimate checklist to kick off the snowboard & ski season right.

The first days back on the mountain are the best. Fresh snow, bluebird skies, and that first lift ride of the season. But nothing kills the vibe faster than realizing you forgot your essentials—or worse, that your gear isn’t ready for the shred. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back with this checklist to make sure you’re fully prepped for the season.

Helmet & Protection

Safety first, style always. Helmets, back protectors, and impact shorts are essentials for every rider. Check your helmet for cracks or worn straps, and make sure pads still fit snug and move with you. If your gear has taken too many hits, it’s time to refresh—because solid protection means more confidence, more progression, and more good times with your crew. And yeah, a new lid also keeps your look on point.

Goggles

Ever tried riding blind in a whiteout? Not fun. Clean your lenses, check the foam for wear, and maybe invest in a second lens for flat-light days. Clear vision = clean lines.

Board & Bindings Check

Give your snowboard or skis some love before you hit the slopes. Tighten up those binding screws, check your edges for rust, and make sure your base is waxed. A smooth ride = more flow in the park and on the groomers.

Boots

Slide into your boots and check the fit. Any pressure points or broken laces? Don’t wait until you’re halfway up the mountain to find out. Fresh footbeds or insoles can also give you that extra comfort for long days.

Outerwear

Your jacket and pants need to do more than look good (though style points definitely count). Check that zippers and seams are solid, and that your outerwear is still waterproof. Bonus: pack a midlayer that keeps you warm without killing your steeze.

Gloves & Socks

Cold fingers and soggy socks are instant buzzkills. Waterproof gloves and a couple pairs of performance socks are must-haves. Trust us: doubling up here pays off big time.

Small Essentials

Don’t forget the little things:

  • Sunscreen & lip balm (yep, even in winter)
  • Tool for on-the-go tweaks
  • Snacks for chairlift munchies
  • Your season pass (the one thing you really don’t want to forget)

Time to Ride

A little prep now means more flow, more style, and way less stress once the lifts start spinning. So run through the checklist, gear up, and get hyped—the mountains are calling.
