We accept Visa and MasterCard. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by TSG. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transaction on ridetsg.com are processed using Datatrans, a third party secure online payment service provider that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. TSG makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal- balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.
International Bank transfer
Choose bank transfer if you prefer to remit your order amount directly to our bank account. You find our bank details on your order confirmation email. You must provide your name and order number on the transfer form. Please note that all transfer fees your bank might charge are covered by yourself. Your order leaves our warehouse as soon as we receive your payment on our account.
All Orders are typically processed within 2 business days at TSG’s European distribution center in Austria. Shipping takes between 2 and 10 days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday – Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Custom information for NON-EU shipments
We ship VAT-free to countries outside the European Union. As soon as you select your shipping country in the order process, VAT will be deducted from the article price. The total amount of your invoice does not include any import taxes and custom fees charged by your local government. As customs policies vary widely by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.
We gladly accept returns for any reason within 14 days from shipping date. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
Only orders placed through ridetsg.com are eligible for exchange/return through TSG. If you purchased a TSG product through one of our retail partners, please exchange/return that item directly through that store.
We will control all returned products. All goods must be returned in perfect condition without signs of usage along with the return form and a copy of your initial TSG invoice note with its original package. You have to pay the postal fees for this kind of return. We will dismiss the returned product if:
– The product shows signs of visible use – The product is damaged as a result of return transport
We reimburse your payment (Duties, taxes and other expenses excluded). In case of return, you will be charged for all shipping charges. The refund of the sale price will be carried out in the same manner as the original payment was made. If you used the pre-payment method to order, we would ask you to please include your banking details.
If the product is in any way faulty or does not conform to the order placed, we will gladly refund the purchase price paid, the return shipping cost; any customs, duties and goods taxes (upon proof of payment i.e. a receipt), plus the original shipping costs. Likewise, no good will be taken back if it shows signs of damage or interference, such as
– Natural wear and tear – Events out of our control e.g. natural disasters – Signs of improper use – Interference by the customer or a third person – Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer
No cost will be covered should the product/s go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport firm which provides a track & trace service.
