ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa and MasterCard. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by TSG. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transaction on ridetsg.com are processed using Datatrans, a third party secure online payment service provider that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. TSG makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.

All Orders are typically processed within 2 business days at TSG's European distribution center in Lauterach, Austria. Shipping takes between 2 and 10 days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday - Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
Do you ship to my country?
International and NON-EU orders are shipped with FedEx. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

The chart below informs you about shipping costs for packages up to 1kg weight. Most shipments don?ft go over 1kg. The rate might be higher if the shipment is heavier. Your actual shipping costs will be shown before you confirm your order.

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Only orders placed through ridetsg.com are eligible for exchange/return through TSG. If you purchased a TSG product through one of our retail partners, please exchange/return that item directly through that store. Exchange/return policies may differ from store to store. Alternatively, you cannot exchange/return a TSG product that you purchased through our website through a TSG retail partner.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. TSG will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
To request a size exchange, please email us at shop(at)ridetsg.com with a clear description of the matter making sure the new items are reserved for you in stock. All exchanges are subject to availability.
If you need to return an item, please fill out the returns form included in your package or download it below.
Please be sure to have a copy of your web order invoice # in order to complete this form, note the item you are returning and the reason for your return.
Send the product together with the original invoice and the Return Form to our distribution center in Austria. Do not ship to our office in Switzerland unless you are a customer from Switzerland.
All products must be returned to us in perfect condition in original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. TSG cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
