Friday, May 21st, 2010vitalmtb.com: “The TSG dirt jump lids have only been recently available in the States, so I was stoked to get a hold of the new Kraken helmet. This deceivingly technical hard-foam half shell is very comfortable and adjustable. Included are 2 sets of foam pads that velcro in so you can fine tune your fit. The biggest feature of the helmet, however is the Flex Tech design. Most EPS hard foam helmets I try on don’t fit that well or sit really high and awkward on my head. The Kraken’s Flex Tech uses segmented EPS parts connected via thermoplastic joints and a hybrid nylon chassis, so the helmet can adjust to the shape of your head. When I put the helmet on, it went low and snug on my head without any gaps or loose spots. With 14 vents, you’ll stay cool on those hot, shreddable days and the Flat Black color will go with any kit.”
