Past weekend the Chill & Destroy Tour stopped on the Zugspitze. It started with sunny weather and perfect park conditions on saturday. The wind picked up later but the blue sky kept everybody happy.
The contest line started with a downrail (alternatively a downbox),a double roller with 12 or 15 meter table, a 2nd double roller and ended with a wallride.
The young swiss Arosa local Urs Hediger who is leading the Tour impressed with 270on-FS Boardslide-270-of at the box, CAB inverted 360 Tailgrab at the first, Switch Backside 540 at the second kicker and a 360 Slide at the Wallride. Unfortunately he had bad luck in the final run and eded up 10th.
The lucky winner is another swiss, Patrick Habegger who scored with a Backside Boardslide at the Box, an impressive CAB 720, a Backside 540 and a Rock to Fakie at the Wallride.
At the ladies the german Maike Halle ended up on the podest with a Backside Lipslide, Straight Air at the first kicker followed by a Straight Air Nosegrab at the second kicker and a Rock to Fakie on the Wallride.
