Superlight helmet review by distilledmag.com

Thursday, September 30th, 2010

Distilledmag.com writes:

“The TSG Superlight (Oakley edition) is a collaboration between two powerhouses in the action sports industry. The Californian giant lent some of their signature style to TSG’s already formidable technical know-how and the result of their union was put to the test by UK racer Liam Little….

The helmet is one of the most slim-line pisspot helmets I’ve seen and doesn’t look like some full-on old school deep-sea diving helmets that are on the market.”

Markus Pekoll is Austrian Downhill Champ 2010

Thursday, September 30th, 2010

After winning the Austrian championships in Innsbruck in 2008, Markus started with lots of pressure and expectation into this year`s championships. Qualification went great with a clear margin of 13 seconds. During training on sunday, the track was demanding because of the strong rain. Markus was surely benefitting from these conditions.

During the final race itself conditions changed, the track was dry again but still catchy.
After a fault in the 1. part of the track, Markus later grazed a tree, what shifted helmet and goggle and let him fly blind into the champ title with a margin of 0.023 seconds only.

Congratulation Markus, a great closure of a perfect season.

Jürgen Horrwarth Alley-Oop

Rain, rain and more rain dominated on saturday in Zurich. Skateboarding and FMX contests couldn’t take place and were postponed to sunday. At least a little skate demo could take place later in the evening. The crossover session on saturday was set, live tv broadcasting can`t be postponed… And it was a great show as always. Freeskier Tom Wallisch took the title home to USA.

The weather god was gracious today and sent a mix of sun and clouds to Zurich. So the crowd came and all contest took place.

Jürgen Horrwarth who qualified 4th for the finals could jump on the 2nd place in the finals. Congratulations!!!

Freeskier Bene Mayr just missed the finals. The decision was questionable but set. So a 5th place for him.

Same in snowboarding, our riders Iouri Podladtchikov and Elias Elhardt both missed the finals and ended up 6th and 8th.

Unfortunaltey Renton Millar broke his nose and had to go to hospital. Get well soon!

The 2010 Salt Lake City Dew Tour stop went down this past weekend. A ton of great riding went down and Dennis Enarson was the star of the weekend. He made history by taking the win in the park and dirt contests. TSG`s Brian Hunt ended up with a solid 5th place.

Jürgen Horrwarth in the finals at Dew Tour stop in Salt Lake City

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010

Last weekend the Dew Tour stopped in Salt lake City hosting the worldwide biggest names of the vert and street scene. TSG rider Jürgen Horrwarth for the 1. time qualified for finals in a Dew Tour stop. Unfortunately he couldn’t complete his final run and thus ended up on the 10. place. Not to bad though as he ranks now on position 12 for overall standings.
