Markus Hampl and Amir Kabbani at Kings of Extreme

Friday, February 26th, 2010

Markus and Amir rocked the house in Leipzig at the Kings of Extreme show organized by Busty Wolter featuring FMX, BMX and MTB. As this was not a contest but a show event only the public got to see all what FMX is about without any contest restrictions. The bmx and mtb dirtjump show was another great highlight. Unfortunaltey Markus twisted his knee during practice on saturday and couldn’t show full action. We hope it’s better soon. Now enjoy the video!

CaD tour stop in Axamer Lizum

Thursday, February 25th, 2010

Last weekend the TSG supported CaD tour moved back to the austrian Alps with its tour stop in Axamer Lizum. Lots of snow dumped the night before the contest started resulting in a complete re-shaping of all obstacles. Didn’t matter as most riders were stuck in a road chaos anyways, so the CaD crew had to organize a shuttle service, bring all riders up. With a little delay 60 rider reached the starting field and the contest was on.
But lets the pics and the video speak for themselves.

Next tour stops are:
27.02.2010 Maiskogel/AUT – TTR 1star +Girls
06.03.2010 Schmitten – Zell a. See/AUT TTR 2star
13.03.2010 Warth-Schröcken/AUT – TTR 1star +Girls
10.04.2010 FINALE Arosa/SUI – TTR 3Star

Iouri I-Pod Podladtchikov 4th at Olympics

Thursday, February 18th, 2010

what a night!
alarm clock was ringing at 4:50am. Snowboard finals were calling and we had to watch Iouri rocking the pipe in Canada.
First run was looking great. I-Pod dropping. He shows a a nice frontside air, back 9, front double 10, cab double 10, front 5, and a huge claim to finish things off. great performance, Scotty Lago went bigger but I-Pod is on second position.

Well, not to mention that Shaun White went huuuuuge again: method, double cork, cab double, front 5, back 9….

Second run is on. All bail so far.  You can feel the tension in our living room… we keep the fingers crossed for Iouri. Peetu Piiroinen drops in: Front 7, double cork 10, lien, back 9, front 10. It was big. Second place for him.

Now Iouri has to top it! Go Iouri go! front air, back 9, double 10… bailed. That’s it for him. He will stay in fourth position. Not a medal, but we are still proud of you Iouri!

Congrats for your great performance and enjoy after olympic vibes!

we are back from ispo trade show in Munich, where we presented our new winter 2010/11 line to shops and media. The show was busy as usual and it looks like people liked our helmets a little more than expected, as all our new Arctic Kraken helmets were stolen even before ispo started on sunday. Well, let’s see who is presenting a similar helmet tech in 2011/12. Above some impressions from our booth and the show in generell. Check out our new helmet co-ops with Zimtstern and Oakley.
