YOUR LIFE IS FULL OF TRAVELLING. DO YOU STILL ENJOY IT OR WOULD YOU SOMETIMES PREFER STAYING HOME?
I still love it, that\'s why I am not just traveling in winter with my skibag but also in summer. I try to see as much places in the world as possible. I love searching for new adventures, meeting people and learning about other countries and their culture. This summer, my backpack and me went on a journey all the way from Mexico to Panama. Fantastic times!

AND HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO RECOVER FROM A JETLAG?
Not that long usually. I think if you don\'t spent too many thoughts about being jetlagged; it\'s the best to fight it. My tip is to stay awake, eat healthy and work out. I\'m anyways mostly so excited being somewhere else that I forget about it.

ANY RECOMMENDATION ON HOW TO NOT GET BORED ON LONG OVERSEA FLIGHTS?
Hard question, because I get bored super easily and I can\'t sit quite very good for a long time, so I mostly try to sleep as fast as possible without waking up before landing. But bring some good music, a good book, some gossip magazines and hopefully you have some good movies on board, then flights are half bad.

TELL US A LITTLE ANECDOTE THAT HAPPENED DURING ONE OF YOUR TRIPS. ANYTHING, BE IT FUNNY, SPECIAL, WEIRD. WHATEVER COMES IN YOUR MIND?
To me all trips are kind of special, especially when I get the chance to share the memories with friends. Be it the trip with Lena Stoffel heliskiing in Himalaya or the trip with Aline Bock to Norway, living one week on a boat. But the India trip was kinda interesting when we got to the security check with our ABS Backpacks, in Kashmir, the war is not that long ago, so the check was really hard and they were not that much stoked about or gas patrons, as you can imagine. But we blond ladies made it easily through.

IF YOU USED TO RIDE WITHOUT HELMET, WHAT CHANGED YOUR OPINION?
I actually always skied with helmet, because also with helmet, I managed it already a few time to get knocked out, which is never a nice experience if you think about what happened if I wasn\'t wearing a helmet. My head is probably the most important part of my body, so no reason to not protect it.

DO YOU WEAR YOUR HELMET CONSISTENTLY WHEN SKIING OR ONLY ON CERTAIN DAYS? IF YES, WHY?
I usually wear the helmet consistently, not matter if in the park or freeriding. I\'m used to it and it doesn\'t bother me anymore. Meanwhile, I actually feel rather naked without my helmet. If I ski without helmet, it must be a very, very mellow day.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE RIDING WITH TSG HELMETS? WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE HELMETS?
I really liked the brand and was really happy, when the cooperation started 3 years ago. I was impressed by the small and strong familiar team who stands behind the brand TSG. The helmets are very light, stylish and the shape is perfectly fitting me. I\'m super stoked as well, that I got the possibility now to design my own pro model, which has been always kind of a dream to me.

HOW ABOUT OTHER PROTECTION GEAR? DO YOU WEAR ANYTHING ELSE BUT A HELMET?
I do wear the back protector. Kneepads don\'t make to much sense to me as a skier. But the back protection feels great and safe.

WHAT DO YOU DO ON A DAY OFF SLOPES?
Probably any other kind of sports. I\'m a very active person, full of energy and really bad in relaxing. So if I\'m not skiing, I might be cross country skiing, skitouring, working out or in summer running, biking, swimming, surfing, climbing. You see, I\'ll never get bored.

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PASSION THAT YOU FOLLOW BESIDES SKIING? WHAT IS IT, HOW DID YOU PICK IT UP AND WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT IT?
Definitely traveling! Since I was a small kid, I always used to travel lots with my parents so I always had a great passion for being away from home. When I was 16, I just worked, to afford my next trip in holidays. I enjoy it so much to experience other countries and their different culture, nature and lifestyle. To me it was always important to realize those trips and I know it\'s a great luxury, being able to travel. And still, enjoying it being on the road, being away from home, I know how beautiful it also is in Bavaria, back home with family and friends.

YOUR SPORT AND PASSION IS DEPENDENT ON A HEALTHY PLANET. DO YOU GIVE ANYTHING BACK TO MOTHER NATURE?
That\'s always a tricky question to somebody traveling so much like me. Having a car sponsor and flying back and there all around the world. I\'ve been educated very close to nature and my parents taught me to have a great ecological awareness. Especially since my dad\'s job was being the chef of the Bavarian ecological administration. In my job it\'s hard to abandon flights, cars, big ski resorts, which are all great harms to nature and ecology, but I try to be well aware of this and to keep it always in my consciousness. Like sharing cars instead of going in 3 different cars, recycle, use the bike in the city, etc. There are small things we all can do. People need to give up thinking that everything they do is just a drop in the ocean, because the ocean exists of millions of drops.

OCCUPATION IF I WAS NOT A PROFESSIONAL SKIER?
Well, I studied Psychology and finished my Diploma in 2010. Now I\'m doing another master in economics psychology. So, I should be all set up, when my skiing career is going to be over. But were I\'ll end up and what I\'ll be working? I think nowadays it’s hard to tell. The most important is to be flexible, fast, well organized and open minded. I could imagine opening a bar at the beach or working as psychologist back home, you never know.
