I do enjoy staying home and work on new stuff. Being home sometime is very important for me…But still love to travel around the world with my bike and get to meet new people and new places.
AND HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO RECOVER FROM A JETLAG?
Depends how long and bad the flight was, haha!

Watching movies or looking out of the window and think about life, haha!

Well, one time I went back to the airport in Denver, USA with my Teammate Sam Pilgrim. Our driver was a super old man who seemed to be deaf. We were going down a steep hill when we heard a big noise in front of the car. The driver stopped finally and realized that we lost a front wheel and just got away from a big accident.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE RIDING WITH TSG HELMETS? WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE HELMETS?
There is many products we could use…. But TSG helmets are just by far the best. Be it the fit, the shape or the deisgns! TSG puts a big effort in the progress of safety.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN A SITUATION WHERE YOUR HELMET SAVED YOUR BRAIN FROM SEVERE DAMAGED? IF YES, WHAT HAPPENED?
I hit my head quiet a few times pretty hard. But I have always been wearing TSG helmets. So I ended up with nothing worse than concussions.
HOW ABOUT OTHER PROTECTION GEAR? DO YOU WEAR ANYTHING ELSE BUT A HELMET?
Yes, good knee and elbow pads are really important for me, too. Besides that I always wear shin and ankle guards.
WHAT DO YOU DO ON A DAY OFF BIKE?
If it`s a day off any sport I often just spend time with my girl or friends. If its just off my MTB I might just take my MX-bike out for a ride.
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PASSION THAT YOU FOLLOW BESIDES BIKING? WHAT IS IT, HOW DID YOU PICK IT UP AND WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT IT?
Just the whole thing around it. Traveling and going to comps made me wanna organize my own event which I host every year.
Or just in general to have the chance to collect ideas in your mind and work out things one several projects with my partners is just exciting as well.

Yes is do. I respect mother nature a lot. Just during your daily routine there is so many little things you can do or not do save some resources.
